  If people don't care about what you want, they shouldn't be cutting hair. The woman today took 5 minutes to hack away at my husbands hair. Very disappointed with her rude, no-care attitude when we asked her to make some improvements. The sideburns weren't touched, some bits uneven, back hairline not straight. Not professional at all.

  NEVER GO HERE! INCOMPETENT STAFF!!!!!! Staff has no clue what they are selling you! I went in asking for 9/11 the same one I buy every time, have for years. The guy Ryan who asked if I needed help was like "that would never work for you, use this colour. Every brand is different so this would be your colour." Ahhh no! Put it in my bar yesterday as I have many times before. Now I have orange brown hair! I was meant to be LIGHT ASH!!!! Incompetent STAFF!!!!!! RUINED MY HAIR!!
