  I understand you will defend your business, but in 3.5yrs, the time has decreased more than once, I know, as I came weekly. And if you check fittings every morning and they leak within an hour or so, then you need to replace them as they are stuffed. I even stopped wearing white cause I knew I would more than likely wear foam.

  I am just a customer, I'm not affiliated with anyone other company or anyone else, no personal gain for me, just letting people know. I was really happy with your service and you got me in over 3 yes ago with your promised 'more time, more foam' ... Unfortunately it has slowly gone down hill.

  I apologise for shining light on your cover up or misconceptions, but I have nothing to gain but the truth, of which you are far from speaking. I just hope that you take this review and actually get your staff to check the gear more than once a day, it's literally a 10min job to do all the bays.

  Brilliant Staff, one of the best wash tunnels i have been through and they do an unlimited wash pass! First Class and convenient spot. The owner John is a lovely bloke and is proud of the great service they provide.

  Also the fact that most of the foaming brushes leak from there fittings and the regular staff seem all too happy just to stand around in the auto-wash and talk to each other instead of grabbing a couple of spanners and maintaining the facility. Guess they must find left handed fittings to hard.

  Alway great pulll up vacum my car inside and mats outs on concrete..Always get a spot. No worries good suction drive away clean car. Happy cleaning

  And to say in 3.5yrs you've had only 1 increase us a blatant lie, as I've only been going for a couple of years, and we've had 2 increases this year alone, hense me bringing it up.

  Unfortunately the owner may be misguided by his on site staff, but I used to go weekly, every Saturday or Sunday around the same time, 8-9am. If you checked the equipment every morning, I would not have had leaking fittings every week, for weeks on end. I honestly even thought about taking my own spanners.
